We accept exchanges with the same or different product within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product(s) that the packaging is intact. The products will be picked up and delivered at your doorstep.
Full refunds will be provided in your BT Wallet as a form of store credit which you can use at the time of your next purchase.
