- Customers can exchange/ return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Please note :
For Payment Gateway/Bank Account/Original Mode of payment refunds: This refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We currently do not issue a refund for Cash On Delivery orders.
Cancellations - If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing, the refund will be done to your original mode of payment and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
For order cancellation requests after 24 hours of placing, the refund amount will be added to your TheBTclub account in the form of a credit code.
Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.
Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.
