Return Policy

Timeframe:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all orders placed outside sale periods.

Non-Returnable Products:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Boxers, shorts

  • Bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Any return that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will be declined.

Return Refusals:
We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • Items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless damaged upon delivery).

  • Return requests are made after the 7-day window.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you've received a defective item, please email us with unboxing videos and clear photos of the issue.

  • Our Customer Experience Team will review and assist with the next steps.

 


 

Refunds

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits/Coupon codes only in the form of a The BT Club Gift Card, sent to your registered email.

  • No refunds will be provided to bank accounts under any circumstances.

  • Store credits can be used for future purchases on thebtclub.com.

 


 

Exchange Policy

Timeframe:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Price Difference Handling:

  • If the new item is priced higher, the difference must be paid upfront via a prepaid method.

  • If the new item is priced lower, the balance will be credited to you via a The BT Club Gift Card.

Non-Exchangeable Products:

  • Items purchased during sale events or flash sales are non-exchangeable.

  • Products like baby tees, tank tops, crop tops, bodysuits, boxers, and shorts cannot be exchanged.

 


 

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request:

    • Go to thebtclub.com and tap on returns and exchanges..

    • Follow the prompts under the Returns & Exchange section.

  2. Approval:

    • Our Customer Experience Team will review your request within 48 hours.

    • Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

  3. Packaging:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, as they were delivered to you.

  4. Refund/Exchange:

    • Refunds are processed as store credits (The BT Club Gift Card).

    • Exchanges are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 


 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery following our return policy.

 


 

Exchange & Refund Conditions

Covered Issues:
We accept returns/exchanges for the following manufacturing defects:

  • Loose seams or stitching

  • Discoloration or fabric fading

  • Uneven dye application

  • Excessive pilling or fabric fuzzing

  • Missing embellishments or severe fabric wrinkling

  • Tears, frays, or any defect affecting product usability

Not Covered:

  • Damage due to improper washing or care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Alterations post-purchase

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
